House Majority Leader Richard Gephardt (D-MO), who recently led a congressional delegation to the Russian Republic, spoke on “The New Partnership: U.S. Relations with Russia and the New Republics.” Rep. Gephardt discussed the events of his recent trip, U.S. foreign policy concerning Russia, and humanitarian aid packages for Russia. Following his prepared remarks, he responded to questions from members of the audience. Rep.
