President Obama spoke to reporters in a news conference from the G-20 summit in Antalya, Turkey. He talked about the terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13, and defended the U.S. strategy in combating ISIS.* He ruled out sending U.S. troops on the ground and told reporters that he would not make decisions to make the U.S. “look tough.” The president also said he did not receive any specific intelligence or warning in advance of the Paris attacks that the U.S. could have provided to the French government.
