President François Hollande said he would continue to honor France’s commitment to accept 30,000 refugees despite terrorist attacks in Paris that left 129 dead and over 300 wounded. He also talked about a police raid on a terrorist location that had just occurred and other police and military actions. He spoke to a gathering of French mayors.
