President Obama delivers his weekly address. He offered his condolences to the families and community of the victims of the mass shooting that week in San Bernardino, California. As the two attackers may have been radicalized, he said everyone needed to work to prevent people from falling victim to attempts by extremist organizations to encourage violence. He also called on Congress to close the loophole that allows people on the No-Fly list to purchase guns. close
