Shalala Student Center. This was the opening keynote speech of the annual University of Miami Law Review's Symposium. The 2016 symposium, entitled “The Constitution on Campus: Do Students Shed Their Rights at the Schoolhouse Gates?” was inspired by Justice Stevens' June 2007 dissenting opinion on the case Morse v.
