President Clinton spoke to an audience of high-school students at Fenton High School in Bensenville, Illinois, a town outside of Chicago. The president discussed his administration’s plans for a national service program that would employ young adults to serve their country in public service projects after high-school. The stop was on the second day of a three day tour of the Midwest in which the president was promoting his administration’s economic program. Following his prepared remarks, the president responded to questions from high-school students. close
