Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen briefed reporters on a variety of economic issues following a two-day meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee. She said the central bank would keep the federal funds rate between .25 and .5 percent. Regarding the state of the economy, she predicted a stronger labor market. close
