The Heritage Foundation hosted a discussion on the relationship between worker pay and productivity, and the economic effects of related policy and regulations. Labor economics research fellow James Sherk presented the findings from a report he wrote in which he asserts that productivity and pay increases over the previous 40 years were not as far apart as other groups claim, such as the Economic Policy Institute. close
