President Obama spoke to reporters before a luncheon meeting with participants in the White House Mentorship and Leadership Program. President Obama talked about the importance of the progress that had been made with his initiative, My Brother’s Keeper. The initiative, launched in 2014, aims to tackle opportunity gaps that young minority men face and to help them succeed for the future. President Obama said that he would be continuing with the program after his presidency. close
