Mark Toner responded to questions on a range of international issues, including the terrorist attack in Turkey and the issuance of a travel warning the night before. He also urged American travelers to be vigilant in the wake of the attack, saying the United States did not have any credible evidence of an imminent threat before the terrorist attack at the Istanbul airport. The State Department could not confirm that ISIS* was responsible for the attack but did confirm there were no U.S. casualties.
