British Defence Secretary Michael Fallon testified before a House of Commons parliamentary committee on the conclusions of the NATO summit in Warsaw and the findings from the British Iraq War inquiry known as the Chilcot Report. He told committee members the U.K. is still committed to working with Europe on military and defense matters following the decision to leave the European Union. On the Chilcot Report, he announced his department was setting up a team to review all 6 million words of the report to identify governance failures and to better advise in high-conflict situations. close
