Governor Michael Dukakis of Massachusetts and Democratic Presidential Nominee in 1988, spoke in Houston, Texas at the Houston Club, sponsored by the National Energy Policy Forum, alongside his running mate Senator Lloyd Bentsen (D-Texas). The former Secretary of Energy Charles Duncan made introductory remarks before welcoming Dukakis and Bentsen.
