On his way to the Army-Navy football game in Philadelphia, President Trump told reporters outside the White House that Chief of Staff John Kelly would step down at the end of the year. In regards to the latest developments in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, President Trump said, “On the Mueller situation, we’re very happy with what we are reading, because there was no collusion whatsoever.
