President Bill Clinton spoke at a conference held on the University of Maryland campus discussing his community service initiative and the experiences of young people who participated in a pilot program this summer. President Clinton was approximately 10 minutes late. Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-Maryland) introduced the President, as well as young people who spoke about their experiences. President Clinton answered audience questions. close
