Attorney Bruce Rogow and music producer Luther Campbell discussed Campbell v. Acuff-Rose, their Supreme Court case, with reporters. The men defended 2 Live Crew’s parody of the song “Oh, Pretty Woman” by Roy Orbison. Acuff-Rose Music which owned the copyright to this song, brought the case to the Supreme Court arguing Campbell’s version usurped the market for their original version of the song. close
