During a teleconference with a group of mayors from across the country, President Clinton announced the names of 34 cities to receive the second round of grants to put more police on the streets and expand community policing. The cities scheduled to receive grants include Chicago, Cleveland, and San Bernardino. Following the teleconference, the President took media questions on the situation in Bosnia and the health care reform plan. close
