From the campus of the Columbia University Law School in New York City, a moot court competition focused on a hypothetical case concerning sexual harassment. This event was part of the law school’s annual Harlan Fisk Stone Honor Moot Court Competition. A group of honor students argued both sides of “Leigh v. Salvatore,” a hypothetical case that concerned a woman who sued her employer for sexual harassment. Among those that judged the competition was Judge Richard Arnold of the 8th circuit court of appeals, Judge Kimba Wood of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and Koenraad Lenaerts, who sat on the European Community’s Court of First Instance. close
