President Bill Clinton paid tribute to 10 cities from across the nation that have been named “All-American Cities.” Some of the cities were honored for designing programs to get children off the streets and into better lives. Others have expanded downtown business areas, opened free health clinics for the poor, and smoothed the economic impact of a base closure. He then presented the awards to representatives of the various cities. close
