Joe Durham, General Manager of Sooland Cablecom, briefly welcomed the School Bus to Sioux City. In Mitchell, South Dakota the School Bus crew visited the Corn Palace. Tourism Director Jim Sellars explained that the designs and pictures covering the entire exterior of the building are made of locally-grown corn and grains. This exterior grain art has been applied every year since 1892 as a salute to the region’s agricultural importance. close
