President Clinton, Vice President Gore, and others discussed their support of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). James Miller III, Chair, Citizens for a Sound Economy, Board of Directors, is the former director of OMB in the Reagan administration. Congress votes on GATT this week.
