Following prepared remarks about U.S. foreign policies and U.S.-Russia relations, Secretary Christopher answered questions from the audience. In May, President Clinton will travel to Moscow for ceremonies commenorating the 50th anniversary of the end of World War II. The administration is requesting Congress approve $260 million in aid to Russia and $722 million for all 12 former Soviet republics. close
