The Virginia Foundation for the Humanities and Public Policy annually hosts the Virginia Festival of the Book. The panelists talked about the American presidency, the constitutional form of government, and the balance of power as practiced in the U.S. They talked about their own books and other new ones on the subject of the presidency. Following prepared remarks, the panelists took questions from the audience. Strong is author of Decisions and Dilemmas: Case Studies in Presidential Foreign Policy Making.
