Scot Faulkner, U.S. House of Representatives Chief Administrative Officer described the auction of a warehouse-full of congressional furniture and other items. Charles Terlizzi, National Motorists Association Maryland Chapter Coordinator and Phillip Recht, National Highway Traffic Safety Administrator Deputy Administrator debated proposed legislation to change federal speed limits on highways. Andrea Ball, Alliance for Justice Non-profit Advocacy Council, Council Nedd, House Government Reform and Sub Committee on Government Management were on hand for a discussion.
