In the first segment, John Walcott talked about current topics, including the debates over the budget and using U.S. troops in Bosnia. In the newspaper roundtable, Peter Hart and Lyn Nofzeiger talked about the politics surrounding the debates over the budget and Bosnia and other issues. In the next segment, George White talked about the Capitol rotunda.
