Over 4700 relatives, friends, colleagues and others gathered at National Cathedral to remember Secretary Brown, who died in a plane crash in Croatia on April 3. In his eulogy, President Clinton called Brown “a trailblazer, a builder, a patriot.” After the ceremony, the funeral procession passed around the Department of Commerce and on to Arlington National Cemetery for the burial service. close
