The participants, who all have extensive experience with judiciary administrative issues, addressed a variety of questions about the future of U.S. federal courts including the federal judiciary’s expansion in jurisdiction and size and how it can deal with these changes. They also emphasized that since the judiciary branch is not co-equal with the other two branches, it cannot directly control how it deals with these issues. They also took questions from the audience. close
