Mr. Buchanan talked with reporters about China’s Most Favored Nation trade status which comes up for congressional renewal in June. He emphasized that the U.S. should deny this status for several reasons, including a 30 percent Chinese tariff on U.S. goods, Chinese use of conscript labor and violation of the intellectual property treaty.
