At a gathering of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, Senator Dole speech contrasted President Clinton’s and his views on U.S. interests in Europe. He spoke on the necessity of NATO and the need to help Poland’s democracy. He emphasized that he could provide the necessary leadership and clarity of message to better protect U.S. interests and the interests of democracy in the region including Bosnia and defense from Russia. close
