Wladyslaw Pleszcynski, American Spectator discussed current events, including President Bill Clinton’s initiative against tobacco advertising to youth. Howard Phillips, U.S. Taxpayers Party talked about his party’s four main issues, including abortion, U.S. participation in international organizations, reducing the authority of the federal government to the strict letter of the Constitution and abolishing all direct taxes. Mark Goodin, Republican Political Consultant and Mark Mellman, Democratic Political Consultant discussed the presidential campaign, especially the latest polls and several campaign issues. Scott Fornek, Chicago Sun-Times previewed the Democratic Convention and press coverage of it. close
