Two retired high-ranking U.S. military officers spoke about their call for sharp reductions in U.S. and Russian nuclear warheads on the way to the complete destruction of all nuclear weapons. They argued that nuclear weapons are no longer militarily or politically useful and furthermore, that the danger of maintaining nuclear weapons has increased due to the possibility of seizure by terrorists.
