Mr. Fuller, who founded Habitat for Humanity in Georgia in 1976, talked about it’s beginning and the growth of the program over the past twenty years and its goals for continued growth. He stressed that the organization provide houses to all those who want them and that housing must be a matter of conscience to the American people. Habitat Humanity builds housing with volunteer labor and donated materials for low-income families. After his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience. close
