Oral arguments were heard in U.S. v. Maxwell, a military case dealing with the right to privacy in the computer age. The defendant argued that his privacy was violated while using e-mail on America Online. Frank Spinner was the attorney for Colonel Maxwell and Major Peterson was the counsel for the U.S. Air Force. Interviews with Professor Kennedy were shown before and after the oral arguments in which he said that the child pornography charge against Maxwell was upheld. close
