Secretary Cisneros, who is leaving the Cabinet, spoke about the challenges and opportunities facing U.S. cities. He stressed the problems of homelessness, public housing and urban development. He emphasized that these problems were not insurmountable, but that they required continual dedication by government, business and citizens. He also shared several lessons from his experiences as Secretary of HUD over the past four years. After his remarks, he took questions from the audience. close
