Mr. Phillips spoke to journalism graduate students on the public’s view of politicians, lawyers and journalists and how these groups might regain public trust. He believes that there are too many lawyers and also too many journalists, especially covering Washington, DC, and also that there is too much relative wealth and elitism in these groups. After his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience. close
