Nicholas Burns briefed reporters on the latest developments in the crisis in Tirana, the capital of Albania. He announced that the U.S. armed forces had temporarily cease helicopter evacuation of U.S. nationals after someone fired on a Cobra helicopter and also emphasized how many U.S. and other nationals U.S. forces had retrieved over the last few days. Popular unrest began after the collapse of several investment schemes in which much of the public had invested. close
