The panelists talked about the history of Arab American organizations and the common concerns that helped develop an Arab American constituency. They pointed out that this constituency has helped Arab Americans win local elections and that there are now six Arab American members of Congress. They also talked about the United Nations and ways to help Arab countries. Following their prepared remarks, they took questions from the audience. close
