House Minority Whip Rep. Bonior (D-MI) and other Democrats reacted to Speaker Gingrich’s plan to secure a loan from Bob Dole to personally repay $300,000 to the Ethics Committee for the cost of its investigation of him. Rep. Bonior stated that the loan raises yet other questions and that the Speaker is still under investigation by the IRS. Rep.
