Five attorneys, who between them have argued seventy two cases before the Supreme Court, discuss how to argue a case before the Court. They discuss such topics as how to prepare for an oral argument, what to do about aggressive questioning and how to respond to a question to which they do not know the answer. The attorneys also discussed cases they have argued and how they prepared for them on an individual basis and then compared and contrasted them with each other. The panel then took questions from the audience. Following the panel discussion, an interview with Ms. Yarbourough and a tour of the Supreme Court building’s exterior was shown. close
