The Senate passed by voice H.R. 2847, to extend by one year a program under which the government is allowed to accept voluntary services of private sector executives. The Senate passed by voice S. 673, to amend the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act and the Motor Vehicles Information and Cost Savings Act to authorize appropriations for FY90 and FY91.
