Mr. Grove addressed members of Congres regarding the future of the personal computer industry. Mr. Grove spoke about megatrends in computing and the impact of network computing as it relates to the government agenda. He said that personal computer users come in all age and income ranges and said that the internet has “penetrated American consciousness to the extent that twenty million Americans think that it is an indispensable part of life.” Following his prepared remarks, Mr. Grove took questions from the audience. close
