Several witnesses testified including David Lambertson - Secretary of State for that region, Dith Pran - a photographer and refugee of the Cambodian genocide, Haing S. Ngor - also a Cambodian refugee and actor who portrayed Pran in “The Killing Fields,” and Ken Convoy from the Heritage Foundation. close
