New York state attorney general Dennis Vacco talked about what steps he is taking in his state to curb mail order alcohol. Alcohol can be shipped to anyone via the Internet and mail order, practices which are illegal in 21 states. Representatives from the medical community and activist groups also commented about the problem and what they are doing to help stop it. Following their remarks, they took questions from the audience. close
