" that reviewed the impact of the U.S. Department of Education state waivers and the Elementary & Secondary Education Act. Senior Director of Federal Affairs and Arts Education Narric Rome asked the panel if the waivers could help reverse the unintended consequences of NCLB in narrowing the curriculum.
