Ohio Senate Candidates Spar Over Domestic Violence in Senate Debate

Senator Sherrod Brown and Representative Jim Renacci spar over domestic violence allegations against Senator Brown from his first marriage. The Ohio Democrat tells Representative Renacci he should be ashamed of himself for attacking his family. Representative Renacci went on to say that any candidate who abuses a woman should be disqualified from office. He also defends raising the issue, saying the allegations made by Senator Brown's first wife in their 1986 divorce were part of the public record. close
