GOP Leader McCarthy Says President Trump Didn't Participate in "Send Her Back!" Chant

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy pushes back against reporters' questions that President Trump was somehow responsible for his supporters chanting "Send her back!" when the president was criticizing Representative Ilhan Omar's record during a rally with supporters in Greenville, North Carolina.
