Robert Strauss, 1918-2014

Robert Strauss, a political figure in Texas and Washington politics for decades, has died. He was chair of the Democratic National Committee and ambassador to the Russian Republic. He was appointed by President G.H.W. Bush despite his long record in Democratic politics. The C-SPAN Video Library holds 57 appearances by Strauss.
