Description

Before adjourning for the year, the House passed the implementation bill for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). House Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) spoke on the House floor about the bill and the negotiations that took place prior to its passage. The bill will go to the Senate for a vote in early 2020.
