Georgetown University Law Center previewed the 2020-21 Supreme Court term. Donald Verrilli, former Solicitor General talked about the upcoming Supreme Court Case Van Buren v. United States. This case dealt with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and whether a person who is authorized to access information on a computer for certain purposes violates the law if he accesses that information for an improper purpose.
