The Keystone Effect was one of the second place high school central winners in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. The video was produced by Matthew Eastmo, Travis Mills, and Ashley Peterson, seniors at Saint Thomas More High School in Rapid City, South Dakota.
