Opinions and perspectives are offered from various government officials, journalists and academics about issues like media bias, financial models of journalism, fake news and the decline in local news reporting.
In this lesson, students will review and assess FDR’s fireside chat, and compare its usage with that of President Trump on Twitter. Students will also evaluate the benefits and drawbacks to this newest form of Presidential communication.
